Caleigh Segle LMT

Hello! My name is Caleigh, and I became a licensed massage therapist in January 2024. I am trained in relaxation-style massage, deep tissue, trigger point, and chair massage, and I’m certified in cupping and burn scar massage therapy.

I am interested in physiology and the functions of the body as a unit and would like to learn more about Myoskeletal alignment and Neurokinetic therapy techniques.

Much of our modern lifestyle encourages us to ignore our physical and mental health. I chose to become a massage therapist to help create a space for others that both encourages and facilitates healing for the mind and body.

In my free time, I enjoy ice skating, getting artsy, and exploring local parks.
